Six Sigma Yellow Belt training is designed for those who need broad familiarity with the overall Six Sigma process and the basic tools associated with the process. This two-day training program will cover the very basics of Six Sigma Problem Solving, allowing the student to gain general knowledge and understanding of the process.
Yellow Belts are the team members that Green Belts and Black Belts rely on in the work place. The Yellow Belt is needed to gather data, participate in problem solving, and add his/her expertise to the exploration process. The general participant will have little or no knowledge of the Six Sigma Methodology. They should have basic high school level math and reading skills.

Training Only: $1,595 per participant
Certification Only: $200 per participant
The following discount applies to each of the classes:
Participants must pass the exam and attend 80% of the class hours and complete three of the homework assignments to become certified.
Challenge the Class – Participants do not have to take the training from Harrington Management Systems. A participant can take the test and acquire the additional experience required in the certification evaluation.
