Our mission is to provide global consulting, training, and technology services to both the private and public sectors using state-of-the-art, proven methodologies designed to increase organizational performance.
Our highest priority is to ensure that our clients achieve or exceed their strategic performance objectives. We work hard to maximize the performance of our clients at a reasonable price.
As early as 1990 Dr. Harrington turned his focus away from excellent quality to focus upon optimizing performance. To support this focus, Harrington Management Systems is organized into four divisions:
These offerings are provided by four divisions:
• Harrington Certification - This division prepares individuals to successfully complete a certification exam. We have certified more than 4,000 individuals in subjects such as project management, TRIZ, supply chain management, innovation and Six Sigma Yellow, Green, Black and Master Black belts.
• Harrington Consulting - This division focuses on validating new and changed methodologies. It features consulting services related to innovation, supply chain management, change management, knowledge management, rewards and recognition, acquisition, validation and organizational restructuring. Engagements have ranged from tactical to strategic such as writing job descriptions to conducting employee surveys to stepping in as CEO to manage a turnaround.
• Harrington Academy - This division is focused on developing training and educational programs in keeping with the needs of our clients. Customized training for a specific industry or client is available at an additional cost.
• Harrington Research Center - This division focuses on targeted research areas to understand the latest methodologies. Research includes TRIZ, artificial intelligence and robotics, visual measurement systems and innovation. A steady flow of books is published by this division in order to share our research with the general public. Dr. Harrington himself has authored over 60 books.
