This workshop prepares executive managers to develop an improvement vision and plan for your firm. It is organized into three-day workshops separated by two weeks to enable your executives to gather support for the first three days of activity before finalizing the improvement process.

Since the workshop’s emphasis is on experiential learning, the participants should plan to stay overnight to discuss the ideas presented during the day and build team spirit.
